What does my monthly assessment include?

Monthly assessment includes all utilities: Electricity, Water, Sewer and Trash.  Monthly dues also includes basic cable television, common area maintenance and property flood, windstorm, and hazard insurance, as well as quarterly pest control.

What security amenities are in place?

Security  fences, pedestrian security gates, and internal condo entrance doors.
Residents must have three (3) separately-keyed keys to access their condo: security gate, building door, and condo door.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with certain restrictions.  Please contact MHC for more information.

Where do I send my monthly assessment checks?

Mariner House Condominiums, P.O. Box 16498, Galveston, TX 77552.

How do I find out if any condos are for sale or rent?

The condos are individually owned and sale/rent information can usually be found on the har.com website or contact a Realtor for assistance.

Mariner House Board of Director's meeting will be held 6:30 PM January 31 in the MHC Office.  Please attend if you can.
