The Annual Meeting is scheduled for December 5, 2018. There are two Board positions open for election. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on the board, please send a brief 'bio' to Judy Kay no later than November 1. The information and list of interested persons will be included in the mailing of meeting notice and proxy ballots.
Monthly assessment includes all utilities: Electricity, Water, Sewer and Trash. Monthly dues also includes basic cable television, common area maintenance and property flood, windstorm, and hazard insurance, as well as quarterly pest control.
Security fences, pedestrian security gates, and internal condo entrance doors.
Residents must have three (3) separately-keyed keys to access their condo: security gate, building door, and condo door.
