Condo Information
Mariner House consists of 92 units in 12 buildings. Each unit has assigned, covered parking and visitor parking is available. Pedestrian security gates separate the parking lots from the condo gounds. Laundry and pool on-site.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five (5) volunteers who have taken a special interest in the continued development and improvement of MHC.
The Board is responsible for assessment collection, annual budgets, rules enforcement, and applicable maintenance to the common grounds and property.
