HOA dues provides for all utilities: Electricity, Water, Sewer and Trash. Monthly dues also include basic cable television, common area maintenance and insurance.
We are governed by a five member board of directors who meet regularly to discuss improvements to the property and owners’ concerns.

Mariner House is not a condo-hotel and does not permit short term rentals.
