The election for Board of Directors is to be held December 2020. With the Covid 19 pandemic, the normal in-person meetings have been replaced with teleconference meetings.
This year in addition to proxy voting, we are using a web service (Election Buddy) which will allow voting from your smart phone or from a browser. It is our first time using the service and we hope it makes it easy to vote and help achieve the quorum we need.
The Election for the Board of Directors position is to be held December 2, 2020. There are four (4) positions to be filled:
Two (2) positions to be filled due to normal term expiration, these are three years terms.
A third position to be filled due to resignation, a two year term.
A fourth position to be filled due to resignation, a one year term.
We are fortunate to have volunteers to run for these positions. Short resumes and or biographies from each are listed below as pdf documents. We hope the home owners will use this information to support the election for the Board of Directors members.
Since we have so many positions available, the two persons receiving the highest weighted vote will work in the three years terms. The third place finisher will work to complete the two year term position, and the fourth place finisher will work to complete the one year term.
